The item I want is not available! Will you restock?

Casa di Milan products are made in small quantities and restocks are not always guaranteed. We suggest that you secure an item while they are available. If it is out of stock, you may contact our team and we’ll let you know of incoming shipments. You may also subscribe to our newsletter to receive previews of new products and collections.

What are my payment options?

We offer secure payment options, including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, Afterpay and Zip. We also accept major credit cards including AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, and UnionPay.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Australia via the Australian Post and to international countries via DHL. Please visit our Shipping page for more information.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet, we may be able to modify your address. Please email us at support@casadimilan.com.

 I haven’t received my order yet.

We’re sorry to hear you haven’t received your order. We ship orders as soon as possible, but circumstances out of control (such as weather or customs) may cause courier delays. Please email us at support@casadimilan.com and we’ll see what we can do.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

I received a flawed item.
