Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for choosing Casa di Milan. We craft all of our products with care to the highest standards and perform a thorough quality check before they are delivered to you.
If you find your item(s) any less than perfect, we’re glad to offer return and exchange options.
We accept returns within 14 days upon the receipt of your order. To initiate a return, enter your order details through our Returns Portal.
At this time, we’re unable to provide a prepaid return label. Please visit your local post office to return your parcel using the address provided by our team, (We will only accept returns made with DHL EXPRESS &/OR AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS). We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number so you can keep a tab on the delivery status.
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item(s) for any wear or damages. Please allow 30 days to process your returns.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Full-priced items may be returned except for accessories, jewellery, socks and hats for hygiene reasons.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Final sale items will no longer be accepted for returns or exchanges unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged.
EXCHANGES
If you received the wrong size or wrong item, you may request an exchange. Our team will replace your order with your ideal size or item, or issue a refund should the item be unavailable.
REFUND OPTIONS
Once your returns have been processed, you’ll be refunded the full value of your item (excluding the shipping fee) via store credit or gift cards. For faulty items, you’ll be refunded in the original payment method you used to purchase.
