ORDER PROCESSING
Your order is our top priority and it will be en route to you as soon as it has been confirmed. We typically process orders from Mondays to Fridays. Once it has been shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
DELIVERY
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as delays can occur if the delivery address is unattended.
For orders shipped via DHL, you will receive an email or SMS letting you know when to expect delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may incur custom taxes, duties, and other fees. Unfortunately, these charges are no longer covered by Casa di Milan and thus, will be the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
